Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Position - Griswold Home Care for Chapel Hill & Durham

Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate individuals to join our new team as a part-time to full-time Caregiver in the Chapel Hill (Pittsboro) area. If you're passionate about helping others and willing to work flexible hours, we’d love to hear from you!

Compensation: Up to $16/hour!

Your Life as a Caregiver

Flexible Hours: Day and night shifts available, with shifts ranging from 4 hours to 24 hours.
Key Responsibilities :
- Laundry
- Grocery shopping
- Meal prep
- Personal hygiene
- Companionship
- Dementia or cognitive impairments
- Maintain dignity and respect for each client
- Proper shift documentation

What We Need From You

Reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
2+ years of home care experience (preferred but not required)
CNA certification is a plus
