About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Investor Services Associate to support our Investor Services team with day-to-day administrative operations and investor-related requests. This role will assist with UPREIT and Full Cycle projects, REIT shareholder requests, transfer and re-registration requests, and other investor service activities.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills, a professional approach to investor relations, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with UPREIT and Full Cycle projects, including related investor documentation and administrative processes.
• Support with REIT shareholder-related matters.
• Assist with transfer and re-registration requests, ensuring appropriate documentation is collected and processed.
• Respond professionally and promptly to investor inquiries via telephone and email.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Investor Services team.
• Prepare, organize, review, and maintain investor records, files, and account documentation.
• Assist with investor forms, account updates, and other required paperwork.
• Monitor outstanding investor documentation and follow up with investors or internal team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor information in the CRM and other internal systems.
• Assist with processing investor correspondence, account statements, distributions, and related communications.
• Coordinate document signatures and maintain organized electronic records.
• Schedule meetings, conference calls, and investor appointments as needed.
• Perform general administrative duties and support special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and customer-service-oriented approach when interacting with investors.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential investor information appropriately.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to following up on outstanding items.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in investor services, shareholder services, financial services, real estate, or an administrative support role.
• Familiarity with REITs, UPREIT transactions, investor account transfers, or shareholder documentation.
• Experience using CRM platforms, investor management systems, or electronic document management tools.
