We are a psychiatric medical practice that needs a full-time Medical Assistant to become part of our team.

Responsibilities:

· Handle all administrative duties and timely manner.

· Insurance verification, collecting co-pays/deductibles.

· Communicate with patients, schedule follow-up appointments.

· Answer multiple phone lines and correctly take messages.

Qualifications:

· Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Computer skills and experience with electronic medical office.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour (negotiable)

Expected hours: 40 per week
