Then this opportunity could be the right fit for you. Responsibilities: Maintains all safety and accident records. Support audit contractor and EHS policies and standards. Develop and implement Safety programs. Comply with environmental management system for manufacturing facility. Audits safety programs for compliance with company standards, government regulations and unique local conditions. Generate and maintain documentation related to EHS initiatives. Contribute to administration of EHS programs. Maintains compliance with all federal, state and local regulations related to EHS and submits reports to appropriate agencies. Reviews new products, equipment, and processes for potential hazards and recommends modifications before introduction. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management. Follow and implement OSHA regulations. Experience with and understanding of safety in a manufacturing environment. Up to 30% travel. Strong working knowledge of EH&S regulations, compliance requirements. Certification in EHS programs and practices. Expert knowledge of safety system analysis.
