Pharmacy Tech needed asap for 13 weeks REQUIRED SKILLS: COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM. Exemption forms are available in Trio/Downloadable Forms (Both forms REQUIRE Provider/Religious Leader Signatures), or please ask your delivery team for documents. IF APPROVED BY HEALTHSYSTEM TRAVELER WILL WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE. To avoid delays in processing, please include traveler covid vaccination card/or intent to fill out exemption form with profile submission. Thank you! This client will not consider any traveler who resides within 50 miles of facility Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better). Minimum of 1 year of current or past inpatient hospital experience/6 mos as a Nationally Certified Technician. Must be fully trained and proficient in all functions of the Pharmacy Technician job. High School graduate or high school equivalency certificate is required. PHARM TECH CERT - Certified Pharmacy Tech by PTCB - PHARMACY TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATION BOARD - REQUIRED PHARMTECH REG -Registered MA Pharmacy Tech Must be able to work independently with limited although directly under the Community Pharmacy Supervisor is required. Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need BLS (AHA) CPT
