Overview Front Office Business Assistant, The Villages FL New practice coming soon and hiring now - Buffalo Run Dental Care – The Villages, Florida 32163. Two Front Office Business Assistants sought. Dental front desk experience and bilingual a plus. Schedule is Monday through Friday, no weekends, 7:30am–5:30pm with a 1 hr lunch. Why Heartland Dental? Join a 10-person team that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community You will be joining a growing company that cares about its staff Minimum Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment Excellent communication and organizational skills The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training will be required; you will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards Preferred Experience 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical setting 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable Dentrix or other dental software experience Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation; reasonable accommodations may be provided Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year TB test may be required for new hires in dental office positions; not applicable in FL & TN per policy Who is Heartland Dental?
