Behavioral Technician II / Qualified Mental Health Professional

Job Details We are seeking a Behavior Technician II to work with our guests living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and mental health challenges residing in our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) located in Woodbridge, VA. Schedule Thursday - Monday, 3pm-11pm Your Role As Behavior Technician II (BT II), you will support individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co-occurring disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Your key responsibilities will include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. You will work closely with participants’ primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home. Benefits Competitive Rate: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Sign‑on and retention bonus paid at successful completion of 3, 6, and 12 months (full‑time new hires only). Additional yearly stipends provided as grant funding permits. Paid training: CPR / first‑aid, Mindset, Medication Administration, Infectious Disease, and Seizure Management. Qualifications BT II: Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee, or have the ability to register as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee and be approved within 30 days of hire. Experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders required. Maintain a valid state‑appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work.
