Order Packing Associate

We have an excellent opportunity for an Order Packing Associate to join our Houston Team! This position will be responsible for packaging customer orders, and adhering to all warehouse safety standards and guidelines. This role requires 100% of shift be spent on the warehouse floor.

Specific duties and requirements include the following :

• Inspect orders to ascertain part numbers, sizes, quantity, and location in the warehouse
• Accurately pick & pack assigned orders utilizing correct packaging procedures
• Make appropriate and safe use of shipping & receiving materials and equipment
• Work from a packing schedule located in the work area
• Achieve order packing goals
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
• Possess the physical strength and stamina required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift as needed for duration of 8-hour shift.
• Possess the physical dexterity necessary to package small and delicate product parts.
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Forklift certified, required
• Steel toe, no slip shoes.
