Location- Nashville, Tennessee 37214

Duration- till 12/31/2026 with possibility of Extension

Shift hrs- Day & Night Shift are available :

6am to 6:30pm / 6pm to 7.30 am (12 hours a day and 3 days a week)

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Technicians to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys providing direct care, behavioral support, and helping individuals build independence and life skills.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct care, behavioral support, and habilitation services
• Follow individualized Support Plans (ISPs) and active treatment goals
• Assist with daily living activities and promote independence
• Support vocational training and work-based activities
• Monitor and document changes in behavior, health, and daily needs
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment
• Communicate with families, guardians, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Support and train new staff on treatment strategies and care plans
• Maintain compliance with facility, safety, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• Valid Driver's License
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Experience with individuals with disabilities, behavioral health, mental health, caregiving, or direct support is a plus
