Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests to Beef's, presenting menus and informing guests of daily features, being menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions, assisting with food delivery or table bussing, thanking departing guests and inviting them back, taking To-Go orders and ringing them in the POS, following food safety and sanitation procedures, keeping the front door area clean and organized, and completing duties without constant supervision.

Requirements include being at least 16 years of age, available to work weekend and holiday shifts, able to balance and carry multiple food and beverage items, able to competently operate the POS and beverage equipment, and capable of continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
