Groundskeeper

Description Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and making a visible difference every day? This position could be for you! We are looking for an dependable, hands-on groundskeeper who takes pride in keeping our communities clean, safe, and welcoming. This is a full-time position at Cedar Ridge Apartments . Groundskeeper duties include, but are not limited to: Daily removal of litter and trash from the community grounds Distribute notices and flyers as needed Report safety issues and property damage Assist with snow removal and application of ice melt Perform light checks for building exteriors, hallways, and common areas Assist with quarterly preventative maintenance checks Assist with make ready type repairs in vacant apartments Assist with moving large appliances on the property Water flowers and trees that aren’t covered by sprinklers About Peterson Properties, Inc.
