We are currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care in our skilled nursing environment. Position Summary

The LVN/RN is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and supervising day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies, and professional nursing standards.
Essential Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and medication administration
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
• Supervise CNAs and nursing support staff
• Complete accurate and timely charting/documentation
• Carry out physician orders and coordinate resident care plans
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
• Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications

• Current, active California LVN or RN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with PCC preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
