Job Description XPO is Now Hiring Pre-Made CDL-A Team Drivers in Salt Lake City, UTEarn $0.974 per Mile, Split - Drop & Hook Freight4 Days on/3 Days Off - Dedicated Routes/n Top Pay & Benefits:/n /n - Mileage pay rate of $0.974 per mile, split /n - Hourly pay of $35.42 will be provided for enroute waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays /n - Typical schedule is 4 days on, 3 days off /n - Average 4,000 miles per week /n - Full health insurance benefits available on day one /n - 401(k) with company match /n - No-touch and in-house freight /n /n What to Expect:/n As an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in 2023-2026 built sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you’ll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you’ll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of 4 days on the road, followed by 3 days of well-deserved time at home.
