WorkForce Software Consultant

The Workforce Software (WFS) Consultant will lead and manage WFS implementation projects from initiation to completion.

This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives, ensuring successful delivery of WFS solutions, and providing guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end WFS implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
Work closely with development teams to configure and deploy WFS solutions.
Provide mentorship and support to junior consultants and project team members.
Stay current with industry trends, WFS updates, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in Workforce Software implementation and consulting.
Strong understanding of workforce management processes and systems.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in leading large-scale WFS projects.
Familiarity with integration of WFS with other HR or ERP systems.
