Roadside Diesel Service Technician

Key Responsibilities Roadside Diesel Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment in roadside and emergency situations. This includes responding promptly to service calls, assessing mechanical issues, and performing on-site repairs such as electrical diagnostics, fuel system troubleshooting, brake repairs, and minor mechanical work. Technicians must operate service vehicles safely, maintain tools and equipment, and follow all safety procedures. The role requires strong communication with dispatch and customers, accurate documentation of work performed, and the ability to work efficiently in various weather and roadside conditions, including emergency and after-hours situations. You won’t just fix trucks—you’ll be the reason drivers get home safely.
