Dining Facility Manager - Army Base - Ft. Drum

ECI Management Group provides dining facility operations and food service support at Fort Drum and multiple military installations across the United States. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced professional to serve in a key leadership role overseeing quality assurance, contract compliance, operational performance, and customer satisfaction at our Fort Drum operation.
This position offers a starting salary of $81,000 annually and provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-profile military food service program while working closely with both government and contractor leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale Military dining operations,
• Familiarity with the ARMY's AFFMIS system.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including staff scheduling, training, performance coaching, and conflict resolution.
• Solid knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards, with a commitment to regulatory and contractual compliance.
• Experience with inventory control, purchasing, vendor coordination, and basic budgeting or cost management.
• Ability to plan and oversee menu execution that balances nutrition, flavor, and operational efficiency.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse staff, military personnel, and management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and food service management systems for reporting and documentation.
• Hospitality, culinary arts, nutrition, or business management is a plus.
