Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to oversee daily grounds maintenance and landscaping operations. This role is responsible for supervising a crew, coordinating work schedules, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining clear communication with both clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a crew in performing landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily job schedules, materials, and equipment.
• Perform a variety of landscaping duties including lawn care, planting, trimming, mulching, irrigation, and general grounds maintenance.
• Safely operate and maintain landscaping tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Ensure all work meets company quality, safety, and customer service standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients to confirm expectations and ensure project satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and support new or less experienced team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Leadership or crew supervision experience preferred.
• Ability to operate landscaping tools and equipment safely.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
