ACT II - Registered Nurse (Full Time) Location: Woonsocket, RI Sign on bonus $5000 Overview Assertive Community Treatment II (ACT II) is a multidisciplinary team that collaborates with adults experiencing serious mental illness to empower them to make choices, attain life goals, build relationships, and participate in their communities. We focus on our clients’ strengths and values, providing culturally competent, flexible, coordinated, and accountable person‑centered services. Responsibilities Provide physical and psychiatric assessments. Health education and medication management. Care coordination and crisis intervention. Coordinate care with mental health professionals and community providers. Education & Licensing Requirements BS in Nursing preferred. RI RN licensure required.
