Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Civil Project Manager will oversee medium-scale civil engineering projects valued between $1M and $10M, leading a large multi-disciplinary team including multiple subcontractors and a small in-house team. This role requires daily site presence to ensure smooth project execution, from planning through to completion, with a focus on quality, compliance, and effective resource management.ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate project activities to meet deadlines and budget targetsLead a multi-disciplinary team and manage subcontractors effectivelyAssess and mitigate project risks to minimize delays and cost overrunsManage contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standardsConduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and safety standardsAllocate resources efficiently to optimize productivityReport project progress to stakeholders with accurate and timely updatesResolve issues promptly to maintain project momentumPreferred Qualifications2+ years of experience in civil engineering project managementStrong knowledge of project management principles and civil engineering practicesExpertise in risk management and contract oversightProficiency with AutoCAD and other relevant software toolsProven leadership skills in managing diverse teamsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities
