Spa ManagerThe Spa Manager oversees daily operations of a Slick Rock spa location, leading a team of 5-8 Wellness Consultants to achieve and surpass revenue goals while delivering exceptional client service. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, optimizing scheduling, fostering lifelong client relationships, and building a high-performing team culture through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
