12 hour day shifts; 7 AM - 7 PM.
Assignment Details
Contract length: 8 weeks. Guaranteed hours per week: as specified in the contract.
Requirements
- Active VA LPN license.
- 12 months of recent LPN experience required.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients based on individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient health and document observations.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with patient activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes.
Compliance / Notes
Orientation will occur during the first couple of hours of the first shift. Holiday requirements as needed by client.
