What You'll Do

• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic objectives, discharge planning, and home exercise instructions

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable qualification from an accredited institution

Licenses and Certifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
