DMR is a fast-growing American drone technology company headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana, focused on agriculture, industrial, public safety, STEM education, and defense drone solutions. We are seeking a motivated, energetic Sales Intern / Business Development Intern to support our growing sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone pursuing a career in outside sales, business development, account management, marketing, or technology sales .

Responsibilities

Support outside sales and business development efforts
Schedule client meetings and sales appointments
Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead generation
Assist with CRM updates and customer tracking
Help support trade shows, events, and customer outreach
Work alongside leadership on sales campaigns and client engagement
Learn consultative sales within the drone, technology, and agriculture industries

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in sales support, appointment setting, customer service, recruiting, or business development
OR
Currently pursuing a degree in sales, marketing, business, communications, or related field
Strong communication and phone skills
Organized, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers
Comfortable learning new technology platforms and CRM systems
Positive attitude with willingness to grow in a startup environment

Compensation & Schedule

$15/hour + commission opportunities
