Job Summary
We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this fully commission-based role, you'll receive comprehensive training and one-on-one mentorship to help you succeed—even if you have no prior experience. If you're self-motivated, coachable, and passionate about helping others, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals and families to understand their insurance needs
- Present customized insurance solutions during virtual appointments
- Follow up with leads and provide exceptional customer support
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Participate in weekly training and mentorship sessions
- Learn and apply proven sales techniques while building client relationships
