*This is a full-time position requiring local travel within the Henderson area.

As a Home Health RN , you'll be the heart of patient care, bringing clinical expertise and compassion directly into the home. You will:

• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
• Create personalized care plans that truly make an impact
• Coordinate care as a trusted Case Manager
• Educate and empower patients and caregivers with confidence

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Nevada
• 3 years of nursing experience preferred (Home Health or MedSurg a plus)
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
