Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate individual client needs and mental health status.

  • Facilitate both in-person and virtual therapy sessions, using evidence-based practices to provide effective psychotherapy.

  • Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring immediate support and stabilization for clients in acute distress.

  • Establish and cultivate relationships with families and community service providers to foster a supportive network for clients.

  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes to comply with organizational guidelines and state regulations.

  • Participate in quality assurance activities, clinical meetings, and ongoing training to stay updated with the latest interventions and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is primarily on clients facing terminal illnesses, emotional distress linked to grief, and family dynamics influenced by end-of-life issues. You will work closely with individuals requiring compassionate support as they navigate complex emotional landscapes, ensuring that they feel heard, supported, and understood throughout their journey.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Pennsylvania, allowing you to practice and provide therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
