Warehouse Lead

Factory Location: Lee, FL Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour + 6-8% shift differential paid for applicable hours worked Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM; Ability to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed. Assist in meeting or exceeding warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs). Review daily achievement of targets and report variances during on‑floor and debrief meetings. Actively participate in OR’s or special meetings within the region. Drive inventory accuracy results. Facilitate seamless handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members, and management. Understand and apply internal and external regulations, procedures, and policies fairly and consistently. Maintain contingency plans for time‑sensitive operations (unscheduled absentees, equipment issues, system or process malfunctions, inventory exceptions). Ensure safe and efficient movement of products across the warehouse. Load and unload route trucks manually or with a forklift. Guarantee adequate inventory management, good housekeeping, and overall warehouse standards. Assist warehouse associates and forklift operators as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Two or more years of prior experience within a warehouse or distribution environment. Strong understanding of warehouse, distribution, and inventory processes. Prior experience in consumer products, food, or beverage is desired. Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and business management software; SAP experience is preferred. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required. Solid communication skills with the ability to influence and lead change. Demonstrated success in achieving results and driving continuous improvement. Willingness and ability to work nights and respond on call to critical issues. Experience with warehouse systems and roles. Strong English language skills for effective communication with customers and team members.
