Busy Little RockSpecialtyClinic currently seeking a Medical Assistant. Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player, and have EMR experience. Duties include: Preparing and stocking treatment rooms for patient examinations Rooming patients and recording medical history Draw blood Patient education Clean treatment rooms following patient examinations Return patient phone calls Calling in Rx Perform routine screening tests, such as height, weight, blood pressure checks May float to Surgical side and assist in procedures/set up sterile trays Requirements of the Medical Assistant Current and valid MA certification (RMA preferred) Prior EMR experience At least one year of experience working as a medical assistant High School Diploma or GED equivalent $17-18 per hour depending on experience Off at noon on Fridays! #J-18808-Ljbffr Apex Staffing
