Associate Attorney

Job Description OVERVIEW MFox Law Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing boutique firm in Santa Clarita, California in Los Angeles County. You’ll work on a diverse caseload involving civil litigation, business disputes, and employment matters, including wage and hour claims. This position is well-suited for an attorney seeking hands‑on litigation experience, direct client interaction, and professional growth in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal documents. Conduct legal research and develop case strategies. Appear in state and federal court. Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and co-counsel. Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case management. QUALIFICATIONS Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active California Bar membership in good standing (no pending applicants). 2–5 years of attorney experience in a law office setting. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced setting. Experience or working knowledge of property law, including real property disputes and related litigation.
