What we have to offer YOU FULL TIME BENEFITS Generous Paid Time Off (between 25-28 days!) 12 Holidays including Winter break 12/25-1/1 Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Referral Program Professional Development Assistance Legal and Pet Insurance Long-Term & Short-Term Disability Insurance Team Building Events Incentive Program PART TIME BENEFITS We are excited to offer a range of valuable benefits for our employees who work 25 or more hours per week (Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, Legal and Pet Insurance) Employee Assistance Program Referral Program Professional Development Assistance Full-Time Opportunities Available Team Building events Incentive Program Responsibilities Conduct psychological evaluations and social/developmental histories for children of various ages Conduct autism diagnostic evaluations for children of various ages Utilize research-based assessment tools such as the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule – Second Edition (ADOS-2); Wechsler Preschool and Primary Scale of Intelligence-Fourth Edition; Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development-Fourth Edition; Conners Early Childhood Behavior Rating Scales; Behavior Assessment System for Children-3; Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales Write a comprehensive and clear diagnostic and psychological report Provide recommendations and assist therapeutic teams in designing interventions Participate in treatment, feedback and team meetings Maintain positive communication between supervisors, employees and families Ensure compliance with all pertinent government and agency regulations and operating standards Provide group and individual counseling/parent training, as mandated by a student’s IEP Participate in IEP Conferences, annual reviews and other special meetings as needed About You Passionate to work with children, families and therapists Sterling values, high integrity, and high ethical standards Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent time management/organizational skills Act with humility and grace Empathetic & considerate of others Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Background Doctoral Degree in Psychology NYS Licensed or pending license ADOS-2 trained highly preferred Experience working with or evaluating children on the autism spectrum Experience evaluating preschool age children Minimum of 1 year experience working in a setting focusing on supporting children and their families Bilingual is a plus Then we are looking forward to receiving your resume!
