Facilities Maintenance Manager

Brookdale in Windsor, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee general operating maintenance and repairs of the community buildings and grounds. You will supervise maintenance, housekeeping and laundry staff, participate in hiring and training, and ensure safety and adherence to company policies. You will coordinate HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler system maintenance, and respond to resident repair requests, while inspecting work and coordinating with vendors and local inspectors to #J-18808-Ljbffr
