You educate patients and caregivers, promote independence and productivity, and collaborate with peers while referring patients for additional care when needed. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's degree in a related field plus a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience Foreign‑earned Physical Therapy degree evaluated as U.S. equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr
