Requirements:

• Active RN License
• BLS Certification Required
• ADN/ASN Required
• BSN Preferred
• Previous Cath Lab experience preferred
• New graduates may be considered based on facility requirements

Position Overview:

Seeking a Registered Nurse for a Cath Lab setting to provide comprehensive patient care throughout the procedural process. The RN will be responsible for patient assessments, treatment implementation, monitoring, education, and coordination of care while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Assist with cardiac catheterization and related procedures
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
• Provide patient and family education regarding procedures and recovery
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
