We also now offer a vision insurance plan End of Season Bonus Heating savings program: In partnership with Irving and Dead River—save on heating oil and propane Core Values Program: Earn points for branded swag Referral Bonus: Up to $1,000 per new full-time employee you refer Discounts: Hotel stays, dining, and spa services at our properties and selected New England Inns & Resorts collection hotels Employee Recognition Programs Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Free and anonymous counseling services Employee Relief Fund: Financial support for unexpected situations, mostly funded by our awesome teammates Annual Flu Shot Clinic Witham Family Hotels Gala: An annual event that recognizes YOU Community Giving: The Witham Family Hotels Charitable Fund has donated over a million dollars to local organizations Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property Respond to guest service requests in a timely and professional manner Assist with general upkeep, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks Support preventative maintenance programs and seasonal property needs Maintain clean and organized workspaces, tools, and equipment Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns Assist with groundskeeping and outdoor upkeep as needed Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience Skills & Requirements: Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred, but not required Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions Performance Measurement: Success in this role will be measured by responsiveness, quality of repairs, attention to detail, teamwork, and contribution to a safe and well-maintained property.
