Job Overview
We are seeking full and part time knowledgeable and enthusiastic Budtenders to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs. Your expertise in cannabis strains, products, and their effects will help create a positive shopping experience for our clientele.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcome and informed.
- Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product availability, and industry trends to enhance customer interactions.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and cash registers
- Accurate cash handling
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with professional phone etiquette, ensuring clear communication.
- Keep the sales floor organized and stocked, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
- Comply with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service role is preferred.
- Previous cannabis experience is not required but is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in inventory management and sales reporting.
- Experience with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions accurately.
- An interest in cannabis and a willingness to learn about new products and trends in the industry.
