Physical Therapist - Per Diem

Role: Provides objective assessments and develops individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under supervision, ensuring adherence to departmental policies and standards. Responsibilities: Supervises patients directly, oversees rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts, and performs duties aligned with organizational mission and standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy with current/temporary licensure. BLS certification is required, and prior experience with adult and geriatric rehabilitation is preferred. Skills & Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks involving gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting. #J-18808-Ljbffr Black Women's Mental Health Institute
