Marketing Project Manager

Project Manager, Marketing DeliveryThis is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. This role will be located in Charlotte or Raleigh, NC.We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager, Marketing Delivery to support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is focused on day-to-day coordination, program delivery, and ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly and on time.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly proactive, and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams to bring marketing plans to life.ResponsibilitiesCampaign Execution & DeliverySupport campaign execution across channels including email, web, digital, events, and PRHelp gather assets, inputs, and approvals required for campaign launchesSupport quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across marketing materialsProject Management & Operational CoordinationManage timelines, trackers, and project documentation to keep programs organized and moving forwardAssist in translating marketing plans into task lists, timelines, and executional workflowsTrack campaign deliverables and flag risks, delays, or dependencies to program leadsCross-Functional Collaboration & CommunicationCoordinate with channel teams and internal partners to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and aligned to plansSchedule and support project meetings, including capturing notes, action items, and follow-upsEnsure all stakeholders are kept informed with regular updates on status and milestonesPerformance Tracking & Continuous ImprovementCompile basic performance metrics and reporting to support campaign reviewsAssist with post-campaign wrap-ups and documentation of key learningsQualificationsBachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)ORHigh School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Preferred Qualifications:4 - 6 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or campaign executionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and follow-throughFamiliarity with project management and collaboration toolsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset and willingness to learn across marketing disciplinesAgency and/or financial services experience is a plus
