Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.27 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon06:00 AM - 04:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, loading zones, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery traffic to help support authorized entry, follow site protocols, and report suspicious or unauthorized activity.
• Observe working conditions and operational activity across the location, report maintenance and/or hazard-related concerns, and assist with orderly responses during evacuations, medical events, and other onsite incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
