Job Summary
Heritage Lakeside, a patient-centered care community in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our residents' dietary needs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment in our dining areas. Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and service of all meals and beverages for residents, visitors, and staff according to policies and procedures
Clear and clean kitchen, dining area, and catering equipment using appropriate cleaning techniques following policies and procedures
Advise residents on menu choice in a way that gives maximum choice
Assist in cleaning the dining room and kitchen after dinner service
Other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of our dining services
Qualifications
Customer service experience
Basic Math
Comprehensive reading
Following Direction
Schedule
Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Every other weekend rotations
