Better yet… do you want to be part of making it happen?We're looking for a Junior Project Manager who's ready to roll up their sleeves, learn fast, and help bring hotel projects to life—from renovations and upgrades to behind-the-scenes improvements that keep everything running smoothly.If you're organized, proactive, and love seeing a plan turn into reality… this could be your laneWhat You'll Be DoingYou'll partner closely with our Director of Capital Projects and support projects across our hotel portfolio—think renovations, mechanical upgrades, and everything in between.Be in the ActionHelp manage hotel projects from planning through completionBe onsite—walking properties, checking progress, and keeping things movingWork alongside contractors, engineers, and hotel teams to get it done rightKeep Projects on TrackCoordinate schedules, budgets, and vendor timelinesTrack progress and make sure nothing falls through the cracksHelp sequence work so hotels can keep running (guests always come first!)Own the DetailsOrganize project docs—punch lists, reports, proposals, approvalsKeep communication flowing between GMs, vendors, and stakeholdersMake sure everyone knows what's happening and what's nextSpot & SolveIdentify issues early and help drive solutionsSupport risk mitigation and keep projects moving forwardLearn to read plans and scopes (we'll teach you what you don't know)Collaborate Across the BoardWork with architects, engineers, contractors, and brand partners (Hilton, Marriott, IHG + more)Support bidding, onboarding, and compliance with brand standardsQualificationsWhat You Bring1–2 years of experience in hospitality, construction, or project coordinationStrong organization skills—you love a checklist and a timelineClear communication—you can keep everyone aligned and informedA proactive mindset—you don't wait, you moveComfort being onsite in active hotels and construction environmentsBonus points if you:Have exposure to hotel operations or renovationsCan read construction plans (or are excited to learn)A Few Things to KnowYou'll be on the move (up to 60% travel across properties)You'll need a valid driver's license + reliable transportationThis role is hands-on—expect walking properties, climbing stairs, and being in the fieldWhy This Role is AwesomeYou'll get real, hands-on experience in hotel renovations and capital projectsWork directly with major hotel brands and industry partnersLearn the ins and outs of owner-side project managementClear path for growth into Project Manager and beyondWe move fast, support each other, and take pride in building spaces where both guests and teams thrive.
