Key Responsibilities\nYour primary duties will include:

- Conducting comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their mental health needs and substance use history. \n
- Implementing evidence-based therapeutic strategies and techniques to promote behavioral change and recovery. \n
- Facilitating therapy and counseling sessions that foster emotional healing and growth for individuals and families. \n
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create and execute individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals. \n
- Providing education and support to families, equipping them with the necessary tools for navigating challenges associated with mental health and substance use disorders. \n
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, ensuring timely updates to electronic health records, and adhering to state and federal regulations. \n
You will primarily work with clients facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues, commonly seen in our detox center environment. Your engagement will be crucial in assisting clients through their recovery journey by addressing their psychological, emotional, and social barriers, thereby improving their overall well-being and chances for sustained recovery.
Qualifications\nTo be considered for this role, candidates must hold:

- A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field. \n
- An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California. \n
- A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting, preferably in substance use or mental health. \n
- Experience with managing and utilizing electronic health records efficiently. \n
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel. \n
We highly value candidates with:

- Demonstrable skills in crisis intervention and family therapy. \n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
