We're inviting seasoned, entrepreneurial recruiters to join our expanding team as Senior Healthcare Recruitment Consultants. This role is more than a job—it's a dynamic launchpad. Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Searches, managing the process from start to finish.
• Partner with Clients to deeply understand their recruitment needs and workplace culture.
• Strategic Sourcing through our innovative CRM/ATS, alongside leveraging your own network and tools, such as our proprietary communication platform.
• Utilize Our Platform to efficiently manage candidates, perform outreach tracking, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that build lasting value for clients and reward you with generous commissions.
• Engage in Thought Leadership initiatives to enhance our reputation—and yours.
