Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care in Vestal, NY. This travel, temporary assignment begins 10/19/2026 and runs for several weeks. The position provides guaranteed 40 hours per week with a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift in a long-term care (LTC) nursing home setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,429 to $1,453 per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including routine assessments, monitoring, and assistance with activities of daily living
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document care in the resident chart
- Monitor for changes in condition, respond to call bells, and escalate concerns to the supervising nurse
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans
- Maintain infection control practices, safety, and proper use of PPE; keep the environment clean and safe
- Support mobility and restorative efforts, including assistance with positioning, transfers, and routine ROM exercises as appropriate

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Ability to work the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift
- Strong patient care, documentation, and communication skills
- Capable of working effectively in a geriatric, long-term care environment
- Ability to pass health screenings and background checks
