Leave Management & Compliance Specialist

Priority OnDemand is seeking a Leave Administrator in Knoxville, TN. This role is responsible for managing employee leave requests and ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, and other state laws. You will collaborate with HR, employees, and vendors to maintain accurate leave records and support various leave programs. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of experience in leave administration, strong knowledge of leave laws, and excellent communication skills.
