Compensation: $20-23/hr (+10% 2nd shift differential)

Schedule: Mon-Fri 2:30PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools based on prints, diagrams, and visual instructions
• Work closely with other assemblers to build and connect product components
• Follow technical instructions and interpret engineering blueprints and documentation
• Collect materials and equipment needed to complete assembly tasks
• Inspect parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor output and verify completed work for accuracy and workmanship
• Maintain production records including quantities and time tracking
• Report defects, malfunctions, or quality concerns to leadership
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workspace
• Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6+ months of assembly experience

What Sets You Apart:

• Previous production or work experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Familiarity with standard power and hand tools
• Ability to read blueprints.
