Our products are sold through TV (Cable, satellite, Telco’s and OTA’s), our website, OTT, marketplaces, and social media. We are the US retailing unit and subsidiary of Vaibhav Global Limited (VGL) – a publicly listed company in India. The other retailing units of VGL Group are in the UK (Shop TJC) and Germany (Shop LC, Germany). VGL Group is a vertical business, having its own manufacturing and sourcing units in India, China, Indonesia, and Thailand. Our service to the community is run through our Your Purchase Feeds… program under which each retailing unit donates one nutritious meal to a school‑going child in India, the US, the UK, and the Germany for each item sold through all its platforms. Your Purchase Feeds… has a current run rate of over 54,000 meals per school day and has provided over 50 million meals to kids in need in US, UK and India until now. Our mission statement embraces the ambitious goal of distributing one million meals each school day to children in need by 2040. Role Overview The Sr. Influencer Marketing Manager will lead and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role will manage relationships with influencers, develop innovative campaigns, and work cross‑functionally to align influencer efforts with broader marketing goals. The ideal candidate will be a creative strategist with a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing platforms like Mavrck, and a proven track record in influencer marketing. The Sr. Influencer Marketing Manager will directly report to the VP – Commercial Operations of Shop LC. Work Location is 100 Michael Angelo Way, Austin TX. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer acquisition. Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.). Lead the negotiation and contracting process with influencers, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and compliance with legal guidelines. Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop impactful influencer campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand partnerships. Analyze influencer performance metrics, campaign ROI, and overall impact using tools like Mavrck to optimize future strategies. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to ensure Shop LC remains at the forefront of influencer marketing. Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost‑effective strategies and maximum ROI. Work closely with the marketing, PR, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless integration of influencer campaigns. Prepare and present campaign reports, highlighting key learnings and recommending actionable insights to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or a related field, preferably within the retail or fashion industry. Proven track record of developing and managing successful influencer campaigns that drive brand engagement and sales growth. Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscapes, and digital marketing trends. Experience using influencer marketing platforms like Mavrck to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience managing influencer relationships. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed decisions. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
