Role description: As a Customer Service Representative with Ryan Williams State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries and providing policy information, assisting customers with policy changes and updates, processing insurance claims and following up with customers, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications include communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual in Spanish and English required, detail-oriented and able to multitask, previous customer service experience preferred, property & casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain one.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
