Customer Service / Sales Associate Ring's End, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Customer Service / Sales Associate in Darien, CT. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES ASSOCIATE In this retail role, you are responsible for profitability and customer satisfaction in our stores. As our ambassador, you greet customers, promote Ring's End products and services, handle customer complaints fairly and promptly, schedule deliveries, respond to phone and email inquiries, maintain inventory organization, and perform any additional duties necessary to support our customers. CUSTOMER SERVICE / SALES ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes Exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills Proficiency with point‑of‑sale software and various vendor and quoting software Solid grasp of basic mathematical functions Positive attitude, goal‑oriented, self‑motivated, excellent communicator, and professional presentation #J-18808-Ljbffr
