Manage design quality, budget, schedule and scope of EPC and design services projects. Prepare complex engineering deliverables for multi‑ or mega‑projects. Conduct research and develop equipment and material recommendations. Manage data and perform complex engineering calculations. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules and quality across multiple disciplines. Serve as project charge under Project Manager supervision. Identify and communicate key client interests and concerns. Coordinate project changes directly with clients. Provide technical leadership for overhead transmission line projects. Review lower‑level engineering work. Responsible for hiring, discipline and pay administration of subordinates. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing EPC or design services overhead transmission line projects for investor‑owned utilities in U.S. Knowledge of PLS‑CADD, line routing, structural and foundation design and project lifecycle. Strong communication skills & client engagement. Advanced engineering design principles and applicable design guides. Interdisciplinary project coordination knowledge (procurement, permitting, land acquisition, etc.). Proposal process knowledge and engineering estimate development. P.E. license highly preferred. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program. Minimum of 5 years related engineering experience. Ability to complete pre‑employment checks (background, drug, motor records). Certifications Professional registration or licensure in the home office country; may pursue licensure in other countries. Exceptions subject to management approval. Work Environment/Physical Demands Hybrid or flexible work options after first 90 days. Use of audio/video conferencing tools. Extended computer use; standing/sitting. Travel to client sites.
