Customer Service Call Center Representative

Job Description

The Customer Success Representative role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment. This position is primarily computer and phone based, focused on supporting existing customers and ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

Answering inbound customer calls, emails, and live chats
Monitoring, responding to, and entering orders from the company email inbox
Processing orders accurately and efficiently
Assisting customers with product questions and account support
Recommending appropriate products based on customer needs
Routing requests to the appropriate internal departments
Navigating multiple systems and documenting customer accounts thoroughly and accurately
Supporting retention and long-term customer satisfaction through proactive service

Schedule:

Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Basic to intermediate computer proficiency
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
